Collin R. McHenry, Esq.

Collin is an attorney in Beaver, PA whose diversity of experiences make him a valuable asset both inside and outside the courtroom.  Collin handles both civil and criminal litigation.

He is a graduate of Indiana University Maurer School of Law.  Throughout law school, he engaged himself in several activities including serving as the managing editor of the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies, participating in moot court competitions, and working as an international peer group advisor.

Collin also graduated summa cum laude from Slippery Rock University with a degree in English.  Additionally, he studied Chinese-Mandarin overseas in Taiwan.

Throughout law school Collin gained experience in several different areas.  He served as a judicial intern in the Owen County, Indiana Circuit Court where he researched many complex legal issues.  He provided criminal defense to indigent members of the community when he was a certified legal intern at the Monroe County Public Defender’s Office.  Finally, at Indiana University Student Legal Services he represented clients on a variety of issues including personal injury, immigration, name changes, family law, contracts, and criminal law.­­ His experience with his mentors, the staff, and his co-workers at Indiana Student Legal Services enticed Collin to pursue opening his own firm.

Collin is the former president of Beaver County Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Division.
